Please Note: 
This is a rolling 12 month membership to the Forum, invoiced every 6 months (January & July).  Fee’s apply regardless of attendance. Cancellations accepted with one month notice.   

When purchasing membership through our website, a 10% deposit is taken at booking to secure your space with the remaining balance due by invoice (pro-rated).  Invoices balances are adjusted for Alumni of CCMI PMQA and Not for Profits – please email info@ccmi-old.eblue-hosting.co.uk with details.
